@fiona_freedomafter50: Some moments aren’t meant to break you down, they’re meant to wake you up to new choices. Midlife is a gift, don’t miss it. #midlifefreedom #over50women #startingoverat50 #midlifeawakening
My son is in oz. It’s been two years. I was a single mum to him so we’re really close. I feel like my limb has been cut off. I feel incredibly inadequate x

I have this moment everyday. I work full time in the NHS. I’m 56 and have worked in some capacity since 15yrs old making do and getting by. The past few years have been easier but the work and head are harder. I’m tired . 🥰

I'm about to watch something similar. My son won't move abroad...but down South. But in a country as big as the U.S., it's about the same thing. I'm so curious to find out what you did!

Same here. I went back to work at 58 after 19 years raising family. Loving it. Best decision. Covid hit and I took my opportunity. I'm not making a lot of money but 100% more than being at home. 63 now and feeling empowered.

Bravo! ❤️🔥Yes. At 66 I am so fortunate to have learned to care for myself in the same way I have cared for others. To go after my own dreams the same way I always encouraged my husbands, children & siblings too. I’ve learned I have always been capable of living my dream life by including myself as much as I have always included and rooted for others. My dreams may have taken a bit longer to come alive~ but they have come alive, every realization of one, spurs growth and striving toward the next one. Life is short❤️🔥Live it.
