@shaynateresetaylor: One of the biggest realizations on my healing journey was how alone I felt moving through it. I didn’t have the community I needed. I didn’t have women to sit with, cry with, breathe with, or be witnessed by. I spent years trying to navigate everything in silence, thinking that strength meant doing it all on my own. But hosting retreats shifted something in me. Watching women show up for each other, open their hearts, share their stories, and leave feeling lighter and more connected made me see what I never had… and how deeply I craved it. There is a kind of healing that only happens when women come together. A softening. A remembering. A permission to be fully human without judgment.
