i got my tonsils out 2 years ago yesterday, truly truly truly the worst most horrific thing i’ve ever experienced in my life. i ended up in the ER at 4 am one night bc i woke up gushing out blood almost had to go back under for a surgery again, it was my worst nightmare i thought i was gonna die. if i had to choose to have strep once a month forever or get my tonsils out again. id choose strep.
