If you aren’t going to use fluoride (which you definitely should) you need to use nano hydroxyapatite. Regular or “non-nano hydroxyapatite” is too large to effectively remineralize your teeth.

For cavities or cavitie prevention I suggjust fluoride because fluoride is better in acidic conditions which is where cavites grown
