I work at a major airport and can say the TSA doesn’t care about mediations - unless they are in liquid form. In which case a label would be required.

I’ve always used pill organizers to travel. If I traveled with the whole bottles I’d need a carryon luggage just for my meds!!

What business is it of the TSA's what medications I am taking? Have they not heard of HIPAA? It's none of their business, and they should not be allowed to pry into people's lawfully protected medical information. This disgusts me.

Also, if you are travelling overseas, some over the counter medications are illegal in some countries, like melatonin and Sudafed.
