I thought the short ribs were $12.99 not $12.99 a pound and was shocked because what a good deal! I no longer thought they were a good deal when I looked at my receipt and saw I paid $42 for them. They were delicious though! I would repurchase for a special occasion.

If I were making the beef sirloin roast, I would let it sit for maybe an hour outside of the fridge to come up closer to room temperature and then heat it through so that it spends less time in the oven overall.

Leave the roast out at room temp for an hour so it isn't cold when you warm it up in the oven. That should let it warm up evenly without overcooking.

I love the sirloin roast! I always put it in the microwave for 1 min (for 3-4 oz) and it def turns a little less rare but it’s still pretty pink and warm!
