What do YOU eat with it? I’m vegetarian because my body can’t break down or digest animal protein or animal fat or dairy, so even if I made an exception it wouldn’t do me any good and I would probably end up not absorbing the supplement either. So it’s not by choice but the vast majority of the fat I actually benefit from is really limited, regardless of what form it’s in. Based on ur experience do you think something like an organic avocados or a tsp of grapeseed oil or coconut oil would be enough fat?
