I disagree. OMDs look down on ODs and think they’re only good for refractions. I can’t stand how many times I have to explain to our patients who were referred by an OMD that we don’t do “just refractions” We need to do a comprehensive check as well. If your BVA is only corrected to 20/25 or less, we need to know the system cause. We don’t just write a BVA script of 20/25 and call it a day.
