Get onto experian, and other credit bureaus and put a lock on your credit, this will at least stop the bank account openings, credit cards and loans. This happened to my mom back in 2023. Lock it please.

Bro happened to me, phone got stolen they ran it up at the Apple Store, charged all cc’s took money out of my accounts. Apple ID gone. Applied to credit cards. Gotta freeze your credit, get a tax pin, and put a fraud alert.

Im so sorry, my identity was stolen last year due to work breach and it’s been a battle. Get an attorney and have them subpoena Apple, that’s the only way Apple will release anything. I work in criminal law and Apple is TOUGH without a subpoena. Also, submit a subpoena to Google and request the tracking locations for your device. Google is powerful and knows every move down to when you step foot outside your house. From there, work with the PD in the jurisdiction for the home that’s frequented most and they’ll track them down.

I was a supervisor for Apple Support for a few years. You have no idea how much abuse we endure from customers who are upset about this same type of shit happening to them and us being completely powerless to do anything to help because Apple tied our hands behind our backs with threats of legal action if we were to press a few magic buttons… and YES Apple support advisors do have access to a few special keystrokes and clicks of their mouse that would almost always fix these types of issues and quick too! It’s absolute insanity

Btw get a Google Security key! I have THREE one on my keychain, one in my gun safe, one in a secret location. You NEED at least TWO to change ANYTHING account related. Have it on my Apple ID, Invesment acct, and email. The keys are like $10 each. They’re worth it and very secure.
