@sacramentourbanmedia916: An Ohio jury has acquitted a police officer of murder and all other charges in the fatal 2023 shooting of a pregnant woman accused of shoplifting from a grocery store. After roughly eight hours of deliberation across two days, the Franklin County jury returned a not-guilty verdict for Officer Connor Grubb in the shooting death of 21-year-old #TaKiyaYoung , who was about six months pregnant at the time. As the verdict was read, Young’s family erupted in shock, crying out from the courtroom gallery. “You killed her and her baby,” her grandmother, Nadine Young, shouted. “It’s not right.
