this happens all the time they go ahead and charge you knowing most people can't afford to fight it and will accept a plea deal, they don't get charged for false arrest so there's no downside for them. and they get credit and the municipality gets paid win win

it is proven that beijg tired gives the same results as being under the influence I often work back to back 16 br shifts after 3 days I wouldn't pass anything
