I've responded to several pedestrian struck calls on a busy roadway. Every time the pedestrian stepped out in front of a car traveling at 40 mph with no time to react.

dude I almost hit a homeless dude on the road on Piedmont in atl in the rain. im nit joking totslly sober. impossible to see this guy I was going like 35 . saw him as we passed . he was 1 or 2 feet from my bumper it was shocking. I had no time
