I once flew on American premium economy internationally, the flight attendant in the back galley said to me that’s not real first class service! It’s just making you believe that you are getting first class service when in reality there’s nothing fancy about it and I was like OK😳🤣

Poor :
We paid $1500 to upgrade two seats from CLT to LHR… Got that same menu! The salad was like a dish of weeds- that processed cheese glop should be replaced with a piece of CHEESE! We were buying real estate which we enjoyed but the food was just as described above.
