Its written by Putin and US give promises they dont intend to keep. US promises Ukraine same protection from US as Ukraine was a NATO country. US has done that once before in the Budapest Memorandum 1994 and US didnt keep that treaty. US cant be trusted to keep their word. US sign treaties give promises but never keeps them. I was born during the Eisenhower era and never thougth I would see an American president obey and follow Russian commands.
