Bake 375°F 12–15 min. Brush w/ butter. OATMEAL CREAM PIES Cookies: 1c oats, 1c flour, 1 tsp soda, ½ tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp salt, ½c butter, ½c maple, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla. Bake 350°F 8–10 min. Filling: ½c butter, 3 tbsp maple, 2 tbsp cream, 1 tsp vanilla. Fill + chill. BURGER BUNS 1c warm water, 2 tbsp yeast, ⅓c oil, 2 tbsp honey, 1 egg, 1 tsp salt, 3–3½c flour. Mix, knead, shape 8 buns. Bake 425°F 8–12 min. HOMEMADE OREOS Cookies: 1c flour, ½c cocoa, ¼ tsp soda, ¼ tsp salt, ½c butter, ½c sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla. Bake 350°F 8–10 min. Filling: ¼c butter, ¼c maple, 1 tsp vanilla, powdered sugar. HAWAIIAN ROLLS ¾c warm milk + 2¼ tsp yeast + ¼c honey. Add: 1 egg, ¼c butter, ½c pineapple juice, 1 tsp salt, 4–4½c flour. Rise 1 hr. Shape 12 rolls. Bake 350°F 20–25 min. CIRCUS ANIMAL COOKIES 1c flour, ¼ tsp powder, ¼ tsp salt, ¼c butter, 3 tbsp honey, 1 yolk, ½ tsp vanilla. Chill, cut, bake 350°F 7–9 min. Dip in white choc + sprinkles. CINNAMON ROLLS 2c warm water + ¼c honey + 2 tsp yeast. Add: 5–6c flour, 2 tsp salt, ½ stick butter. Rise, fill, cut, rise. Bake 350°F ~25 min. Icing: cream cheese + butter + powdered sugar. RITZ CRACKERS 1½c flour, 1 tsp powder, ½ tsp salt, 6 tbsp cold butter, ⅓c cold water. Roll thin, cut, poke.
