He does seem kind of plump? If he was a stray, I think he would be a tad bit more wary of you? Also it’s a very sweet cat so considering that they probably have some sort of contact with humans. if you do take him to the vet see if he does have a microchip. It’s possible that’s the one let their cat outside and then they got hurt and that led to where he’s at now (your place, also I’m using the voice thingy so sorry if that doesn’t make sense 😭)
