Idk why anyone isn’t sayinf this, but maybe try tucking your tailbone??? fixing your posture would make such a big difference bc it kinda seems like you have a pelvic tilt. you end up turning off your abs and dumping the weight into your lower back which can cause your stomach muscles to stay separated

SIBO is likely since it’s the bottom of your abdomen that’s protruding. It can be a hard journey to cure but not impossible ❤️if your doctor can get you to a GI specialist to test for it that might help, but often the antibiotics don’t even work. The natural route has helped me tremendously

Prioritize protein (like a significant amount), light exercise daily, increase water intake, increase fiber, cut out processed/fried foods, and get a good nights sleep!! It genuinely is the only healthy way and you will FEEL so much better too 🫶🏻

Work on your deep core your muscles are likely weak then it will take away that pooch! Surgery isn’t the only thing that takes away muscle separation either don’t let people tell you that!

Sugar free juices, sodas only warm herbal tea before bed and after wake up and I cannot stress this enough heating pad on belly before bed!!

I also hold weight in my midsection, the only way to reduce it is by calorie deficit and losing overall body fat! I also feel that walking a lot helps with my digestion!

Cut out most sugars. I had one kid two years ago and I’m dealing with the exact same thing. I cut out most junk food for two weeks and I saw a huge difference in bloating.
