You’ve got the different bias of the lat switched, a lat pulldown will bias the lower lat bc of more leverage to shoulder adduction but a close grip elbows tucked row bias’s the upper lat bc of better shoulder extension leverage

People sleeping on normal shrugs. You have lower, middle and upper traps. Kelso shrugs is more middle traps and normal shrugs more upper traps. Of course both exercises train the other traps too somewhat

actually, wide grip lat pulldown and lat machine targets the lower lat more.
