Not to erase issues within the US, but there are some good parts. And some good people. I’m from Houston, more specifically Fort Bend County (has been the most diverse county in the US before). You really have an abundance of food, cultures, languages, and experiences. Not what you would typically associate with Texas. School district I grew up in had 65 languages spoken in the homes. By the way, your eyes are still stunning.

Funny we left Orlando for Panama. We have the same issue. We are in rural area and Panama city is like 6 hrs away that has all the options. But we don't have the importation problem. Anything you want from the states (except for knives and firearms) 3-5 days.
