Cps was made to have a legal face to be able to take children and sell them. Cps doesn’t care about what’s going on or if the children are infact in any sort of danger. They come in knowing hormones and emotions will be high enough anything can be said or done and that’s what they use against you.

They took my kids straight out of the hospital and then when we asked what the reasons why they were taking my kids they couldn't give us a reason and then at the end of everything they told us because I'm a first time parent my kids are in danger

when CPS arrives on your door step and Law Enforcement is in the background not the ones knocking on your door, Do NOT let them in, and politely tell them to contact your Lawyer!!!!

In missouri they use a CS 33. Stating a law officer, doctor, or counselor at school, has a chikd infront of them whom is in immediate danger and has to be taken into custody without a judges signature to insure the child's safety.... the. within 24 hours they have a TRO court case and without so much as time to collect actual evidence to refute the CPS claims they take them into care. CPS steals children.

Children belong to the state not the parents the states get money for taking the child away and from title four E and then they put the parent manly the dad on title Four D so they are getting millions of dollars by trafficking children the state take peoples baby at birth by the paperwork you sign

This is what happens when you incentive taking children into care instead of using those same funds to help parents. Im not saying every parent in every situation is right. But I have seen some terrible injustices done in the name of "safety". If they are really doing whats best why do they need immunity?
