I also got into a tow company with zero experience at it. They definitely took a gamble on you. Must be decent people. Also, being that fresh is also technically being a clean slate with no bad habits, makes it easier to train their way. Either way, congrats. Liking what you do is most of the battle, and towing scratches a very specific itch that nothing else will touch 🤙🏼🤙🏼

I married into the towing business, and now I run the heavys. They always ask if I'm the owner and I'm like nah that's my in-laws 😂 But yeah I understand why they ask if your dad owns it, because of a stereotype.
