it is a waste of money. It didn't work for me after a couple months. What is worst part of my story. The second bottle tasted completely different. The company said it is ok. Hell No!

I have something much much better for diabetes.. its called retatrutide is was average a1c around 9-10 glucose was 300 on average now 80-90 a1c 5.8 !

I actually love this brand. I use so many and I'll rotate so im not blowing tons of money. They're definitely fairly priced but it adds up when you're using 10 of them a day lol
