for someone who has a mother that is and was a no-tech for 20 years will forever use new gel strips because I don't always have time to go to my mom's salon to get my nails done. I have a 1-year-old and she approves of these gel strips because they are very similar to getting a gel manicure obviously not exactly the same but they are very similar and if you know how to prep your nails properly, these things will last you a long time. trust me I remove my cuticles like I was taught and I dry out my nails completely and then after my nose are dry I buff the entire surface so that there is something for the script to adhere to to stick to those things will last me two maybe 3 weeks if I push it
