I didn't like the disks, I had terrible leaking with them BUT a cup??? fantastic, I have a small collection lol. so if anyone hasn't had great experience with the disk or couldn't get over the learning curve, a menstrual cup is much easier imo

I have used this for over two yrs now (not this brand) and if it is a heavy flow day you can actually dump it without removing it. takes practice but possible. so u don't have to remove it in a public restroom.

How does this work if you have a potential high cervix? I.e you once spent an hour getting a diva cup out because you couldn’t grab the ‘tail’. Asking for a friend of course, not TMI at all 😅
