Sure there’s some loose skin but I expect that when I had an 8.5 lbs baby and I’m only 5’3 lol. I had completely open diastasis recti after giving birth-almost a whole inch separation above and below my belly button and through core rehab, it’s almost completely healed! I would say my core is stronger than before I was pregnant. #mombod #diastasisrecti #abs #postpartum #fyp
