These are good but FYI the HAIR FORMULA will give you break outs if you are biotin sensitive. No matter how much water you drink. Yes I drink ALOT of water daily. NO side effects from the HAIR GROWTH MAX. Its good!!

I used the multivitamins and the hair growth max and my hair grew from my shoulders to waist length in about 6 months. I have locs. They got soooo heavy I was ready to cut them but I ended up getting a bad dye job and had to cut them into short bob. They’re back down to my waist a year and a half later. It works! Ion care what nobody say. Also, low manipulation/protective styles help too. I keep my hair in a loc bob now because it’s getting heavy again!
