I put mine on it at 3-4 months old and he was trying to get out it but to try and distract him i let him go downstairs in thw livingroom since he's not usaly aloud in the because its not cat safe yet and let him go on the floor it distracted him enough and he easily started to get used to it

Personally I dont think i want to harness train. Once they get a taste of being outside they cry all the time to go outside 🥲

Its super fun! I got my girl at 8 months and she's now almost a year and she responds to sit, here, wears her harness just fine and is trained to get into her carrier on command and it honestly is not hard at all to train!
