I would love more information on hypermobility and heds in middle adulthood. 20 years ago I was told by my doctor "you're just hypermobile. it's not a big deal" and so I never looked further into it despite all the chronic pain

I started estrogen again local and my hip hurts less. I can sleep on that side now. Isn’t there a hip glute correlation too??

I’m a neuromuscular massage therapist and lymphedema therapist and had my own run in with an attempted frozen shoulder. So I know that early pt and trigger point massage help me immensely, but I also know nutrition, hydration and hormones play a huge role. Have you read any info or have any input on soy’s affects on estrogen production. I’m wondering if there is any legitimacy to this claim.

How do I find a hormone specialist? What would I look up under on my insurance or are they not on insurance?

I’d love to do a dissertation on hysterectomies and frozen shoulders. As a massage therapist, I saw a nearly 1-1 correlation.
