Turn it over…From breast to back? Like, to the way it looks in pictures? I’ve done that. But, I use bake bags now. Self basted. Then brown at the end. Never had raw assed turkey. Thank God. 🤣🤣🤷🏼♀️

I’ve never heard of this!! And I grew up with our massive family doing thanksgiving and my Nonnie and Pawpaws house and I really don’t recall them doing that either 🤔

No I don’t turn my turkey. Mostly because I stuff it completely full. I cook it in a oven bag so it cooks to perfection and stays moist
