The dog got scared and you can tell he is used to be chastised which is not good. He has PTSD. Dog needs to be retired unfortunately. Bad training and handler

So dogs read energy you can see clearly how he missed the suspect but when he was trying to help the officer the officer got in the way dog is confused here because if the aggression tye boy was calm but officer was aggressive so Dog attacked who was aggressive! He did his job and I see two close fist on tat poor dog for doing his job they need to get rid of the officer or change the dog ! Because this is animal cruelty and at this point this asswipe needed to be reprimanded and have his k9 removed and give him a new officer or chance to be adoptable I would love to have him . I have 7 k9 and they make Wonderul companions ❤️
