so I'm a 33-year police officer and what this officer explain toward the end of this video is completely wrong. he can stop and talk to you because he has a curious mind as to why you might be there and he then I don't know what this property was I think if some kind of police property but then he could say that you could not be there but he has to provide you an opportunity to leave and then if you don't then he can require you to provide ID but not before that point he can ask for ID but he cannot make you give it to him under threat of arrest unless you have defied his order to leave this property if it's property under his control if it's property under someone else's control and he is not in authority over it then the owner or operator of that property has to be the one to physically tell you in person that you cannot be there and then again they can require you to provide ID if you do not leave within a reasonable amount of time so this is completely false information on the part of this officer
