They hand out food parcels because it keeps people obedient, desperate, and easy to control. If they truly wanted progress, they would invest in creating entrepreneurs and wealth-builders who could lift entire communities out of poverty. But empowering people to become financially independent would break the cycle of dependency and those in power know it. Feeding someone for a day keeps them grateful; teaching them to build wealth makes them impossible to manipulate. A society becomes unstoppable only when its people no longer rely on crumbs from the system, but create their own opportunities.

Rather have a daily running soup kitchen, by so doing we will be assured that our people will have something to eat while looking for a job.
