I feel bad for her cause she admitted she didn’t exercise I know he was just trying to help but the way he went about it was extreme having her in the desert in the heat walking up sand hills he should have started her out in a gym and started slow but he went to expert level with her if it was me I would have had a heart attack heat stroke I’m fat and us fat people don’t do well in situations like this
