Bought a flipped house in 2016; have spent the last 9 years tearing out and fixing every single room. They had ‘inspections’ but I’m guessing they were forged bcuz nothing was to code.

Yep... I am not buying any house that was owned for less than a couple of years. Flipped houses are almost always completely terrible.

Ngl crazy you’re still seeing this in 2025. Most of the overnight flippers have since left the field after 2021-2023 bull run. Only the true home restorers have remained.

We bought a flipped house as our first home and we had just about everything wrong that could be wrong.. electrical issues, flooding, mold, it was SO BAD. Don’t do it !!!!
