@thehotburner: Let’s make the Ghanaian famous Togbei or boflot. 🔹 Ingredients you need: All purpose / soft flour : 12 measuring cups Nutmeg powder: 1/2 tbsp Baking powder: 1 tsp Yeast: 1/2 tbsp Lukewarm Water: 5+1/2 measuring cups Sugar: 1 cup + 2tbsp Salt: 1 tbsp 🔴 In the video, kindly disregard the “BAKING SODA”. That was an oversight. It should be BAKING POWDER instead. 🔹 This measurement gave 65 balls 1. Mix all purpose / soft flour with yeast, baking and nutmeg powder. 2. Mix water with salt and sugar. 3. Add salt and sugar solution to flour bit by bit and mix thoroughly. 4. Cover and allow to rise. 40minutes - 1 hour max. 5. Beat continuously to remove trapped air. 6.
