As a massage therapist… this is Not better than a professional massage, so if people are saying this pinches & hurts then I’m guessing it’s doing what it’s supposed to do

I bought the first one and it takes forever to heat up and I don’t like one of the rotations so I always have to switch back to the first rotation to feel better. It does leave that neck area sore for a few days.

That one is actually really bad for you because it doesn’t actually massage them. It just squeezes., I have the other one also and I preferred that one over this one hands-down all this thing does it’s put me in more pain and it’s cheap. I feel like I’m gonna break the damn thing.
