My husband has celiac and I was not gluten free with him for years. But after the many cross contamination incidents and not being able to kiss him whenever I want, I have now been gf for 4 years too. It makes life easier and our brand new house has never had gluten in it.

it's so different now a days. when my family was diagnosed in early 2000s, if it was pre-made like bread, noodles, pizza, etc., my dad got his own gluten version. but wheat flour never entered our household again.

I’m new to it (like still waiting for biopsy results but blood and images are positive) and had to explain to my bf “no it means NO gluten, if the seasoning has gluten I cannot eat it” he said “I thought it was just bread?” No sweetie but thank you for trying <3

Yes my house will be 100 percent gluten free. My girlfriend/wife will live the same way. She can eat gluten outside of the home
