I agree. I’m about to retire. I want one bill ! No taxes, fix this fix that. Money money money. One check every month, thankful I did ok. Not enough of course but I will survive. I’m thinking 🤔 it’s just least headache, easier to manage. I don’t know I like your feedback on this my friend like watching you give me a little feedback will yeah I believe it’s better one bill let’s go even 2500 a month 500. Vehicle give 500 to Insurance let’s give it 502 dude if you got everything paid for and got I’m the kind of guy like 500 a week in my pocket and I can pull that off. That’s it. I don’t want no hidden expenses on a house. I’m out I’m renting. ??!

If only landlords actually put money into their rentals. They will put in carpet meant to last 5 years, you move in when it's 20 years old, and they'll take your deposit for saying the carpet is worn.

I know this is true but I’ve been in my house for 5 years and I’ve spent maybe 2k in that time. It can happen but it’s not a guarantee.

Fettuccine :
30 yr roof just got put on, $22k, full house paint job $5k. A/C capacitor went out, $400. Garage door springs $300. All within first 3 years of owning this home.
