When my parents divorced when I was 10 my dad would go buy menudo every Sunday morning with this bread & it was sooooooo good. That's was the only time we ever really ate it. I guess my mom didn't like it to? 😂

in Costa Rica we call it mondongo, and I love it too! its funny though cause I was a really picky eater and was still the only one of my siblings to like it haha

You gotta try Menudo blanco!! I grew up eating the red one but my brother in law is from Sinaloa and theirs is white so my sister makes it , definitely better than the red imo 🤤🤤
