@stephvnietea: You’ll definitely be the ✨MAIN CHARACTER, SERVING my parker house rolls at your next holiday gathering! This is a slightly updated recipe so I hope you love it even more! ➡️ Recipe: Garlic Butter Parker House Rolls 🍞 * 1 1/4 cup whole milk * 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick) * 1/2 cup sugar * 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast * 1/2 cup warm water * 3 large eggs * 2 tsp kosher salt * 5 1/2- 6 cups all purpose flour + extra for kneading Garlic butter— * 1/2 stick butter, melted * 3-4 garlic cloves, finely grated * 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped * Flakey sea salt, for topping 1. In a small pot heat milk to a low simmer. Turn off the heat and add in butter and sugar. Dissolve sugar and ensure butter is completely melted. Set aside to cool to the touch. 2. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Give it one small mix and set aside until it is foamy/active. Set aside for ~5 mins. 3. In a stand mixer, mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, sugar and butter mixture, along with the active yeast, salt and 3 cups of flour first. Using a dough hook knead the dough on low for 1-2 minutes. Scraping the sides when necessary. 4. Continue to slowly add another 1/2 cup of flour until all 5 1/2 cups are incorporated into the mix. (Add an extra 1/2 cup on top of the 5 1/2 if need dough is looking too sticky) Knead the dough until smooth on medium speed. About 5-6 mins. 5. On a clean and generously floured surface, pour all of the dough onto the surface and knead by hand for 2 to 3 minutes. Add flour if the dough is too sticky— up to 1/4 cup of flour is ok. Using a scraper form the dough into one ball and place in an oiled mixing bowl. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour. Or until dough has doubled in size. Could take longer based on humidity and temperature in your home. 6. Preheat the oven to 350°F. 7. Uncover the dough and punch down on the dough to get rid of large air bubbles. (Just 4-5 punches) 8. Cut them into 18-24 equal pieces. Tuck and roll the edges to form a flat round ball. Then place it on a parchment lined baking sheet 1inch apart. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for another 30-40 mins. Bake in the oven for 20- 22 minutes. 9. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, freshly grated garlic, and finely minced parsley. Mix well. 10. Brush the warm rolls with garlic butter and finish it off with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt. Enjoy while warm! #dinnerrolls #holidayrecipes #bread #EasyRecipe #foodtiktok

Not Parker House. They look yummy, but a Parker House roll is cut in a circle, then folded in half, and stack in a pan.

The one handed egg break is good only if you have have a clean break otherwise you get some unnecessary broken shells in your mixture🤣🤣
