Thank you for this!!! My first was a surprise baby (as in I found out the day I had him) so I had no essentials and was very very lucky everything went better than normal. I had no bleeding after a full natural birth and healed like nothing had happened. But we’re planning for our second (with knowledge of said child this time) and it’s good to know what to have in hand!

Great list!! Try the reusable nursing pads, IMO they are way better for absorbing milk!! I can’t stand the feel of the disposable. The reusable feels more comfortable to me. Just toss them in the wash after use.
