As a previous bartender, inventory was counting all bottles and tenthing out of the open bottles. It was always on Sundays and none of the managers worked on Sunday so 😏😏😏😏😏

in Serbia it is treated as theft because you are technically using your employer's point of sale and making a profit by selling your own drink that should not enter that bar if there is no official receipt that the employer bought it. That's how you steal from the bar owner and the state
