His argument is weak she might’ve just not known how to counter it. In debate we call this a false equivalency. Harm Principle: The main reason incest is universally prohibited is because it causes harm. Genetic Harm: It dramatically increases the risk of serious genetic disorders in any offspring. It almost always involves a severe abuse of power and trust within a family unit…. especially against children. Consensual, adult same-sex relationships by contrast, cause no harm to the participants or society. Other than those that “ feel.” It’s wrong. They do not carry genetic risks and are based on the same principles of consent as heterosexual relationships. The argument tries to force a moral comparison where one doesn't exist. The mistake is comparing a harmless state of being to a harmful action and taking the gotcha as actual “ win.” In a rather weak argument.

There’s no way people are agreeing with him. He literally compared something morally harmful to something that isn’t morally harmful. You can choose your actions but you can’t choose your emotions. “Nature” can absolutely be criticized, people can feel emotions toward things that are harmful (like pedophiles do) and we clearly don’t treat that as acceptable.
