I worked with a dog once who had crazy bite control. he was a terrier cross and would tell you when boundaries where crossed (we worked through it he was not this scary). but he never broke skin. it was wild. my other dog sweet dumb dumb that he is has zero bite control and will easily break skin by accident.

Shibas can be so dramatic. Sounds like they’re fighting for their life but they don’t actually follow thru (obviously depends on the individual dog but shiba’s in my experience )

My dog attacks my ankles, feet, and arms when I am walking in my back yard. She does not do that when we go for a walk with her leash and harness on. She is not this aggressive but sounds pretty vicious when she is going after me. She is a rescue and I wonder if her previous owners used to train her to be reactive and to protect her yard?
