These are my notes: Faith is repeated intentional thoughts which rewire the nervous system toward a desired outcome. Biblically, faith is the substance hoped for and the evidence of things not yet seen. So when you keep hoping and believing, this is where neuroplasticity and manifestation take place, your brain is hearing your hopes over and over again, and in turn rewiring itself to believe that these things are true. Repeated intentional thoughts that rewire the nervous system toward a desired outcome, so when you believe you have recieved it, the brain does these things: it forms neural pathways that match the desired future, it tunes the reticular activating system to notice opportunities, it changes your emotional chemistry, it shifts behavior automatically, and it aligns choices and action toward the desired outcome. Neuroplasticity- The brain physically reshaping itself around whatever you *repeatedly* think.

I’ve always said neuroscience is the backing of the word of God. In the beginning was the word and the word was with God, and the word is God. He gave gave us the blueprint and one of the most amazing things we could have as human the Brain. The fact that we have the ability to train our mind by repetition and faith is amazing. We are truly here as creators and an expression of kingdom of heaven. The Bible and science goes hand and hand.

Unfortunately my spiritual friends are not on board with this, but im 110% convinced this is exactly how this works. And this is new to me. Ive always been the “victim” Christian. Begging and crying to my Father, always in my victimhood. Then I learned about neuroplasticity and neuroscience, and one day it clicked. God made my body, therefore my brain, and this is HIS science. Then all the verses started making sense. God wants us to be in victory! Have joy, peace, etc. and have it in abundance! Most of our sadness, anger, etc (sin) is caused by our programming given to us in the enemys world/society. We have the key to focus back on being a human in his image and likeness. Which is light! Positive ways. Joy. Peace. Im so so so so glad my Father decided to reveal these things to me. And I will use it to help others and spread His love. I believe this is part of the purpose he has asked of me. 🥰

This may not be the same thing but when I don't want to do something like laundry or wash my hair due to depression. I say the Lords Prayer while I do it and it gives me something to focus on and then ends up being the perfect amount of time needed to do said task 🙏

How can I differentiate this from gaslighting myself and self delusion? 😭 bc I feel like the enemy keeps telling me I’m being delusional or gaslighting myself especially when it’s something that seems difficult or impossible. I want to get out of that so bad bc it harms my faith 😭
