I did this with my iPad… would log into all my socials on there and delete everything off my phone, leave the iPad at home and only use it when I got home late at night. Such a relief

you can set modes for your phone, just set one and then edit what you want. example: "mode out of house" and then you will have you phone with 0 social media apps or in silent mode or with a different image for screen it is so easy
