so this is all around unbelievably sad! the homeless ladies...drug abuse...but also the cops just wanting to find as many felonies as possible! I said on the last part that jail may be a good option to have a chance to get clean and a possible 2nd chance at life but that goes out the window when you try and put as many felonies as you can on them! 😢😢😢
