@xxlilarose: Stop your scroll for a quick brain reset wirh the therapeutic sound of hydrangeas! ✨I took my besty on a neighborhood walk to check out these gorgeous hydrangeas in my neighbor’s yard. It’s hard to explain how unbelievably magical these moments feel. It truly feels surreal. BUT IT’S REAL. Based on the comments section of my posts, it seems like the magic can be felt through the screen. Hooray! ✨I’m using a device that translates a plant’s bioelectrical activity into sound. By attaching electrodes to the leaves, the device detects subtle changes in electrical conductivity, which naturally fluctuate as the plant responds to its environment. These fluctuations are then converted into music via a tiny synth. Hot fact I learned about hydrangeas: they can change color based on the pH of the soil! Acidic soil = blue flowers Alkaline soil = pink flowers I hope this post brings a fullness and sparkle to your heart today! May we remember the interconnectedness of all living beings, big and small. Love, Lila Rose
