@elena.lohse: lazy chicken pot pie, i used @moribyan’s crust method! • diced onion carrrot & celery • 1/2 tbs butter • 2 cloves minced garlic • spice blend: black pepper, smoked paprika, oregano, salt (not too much salt) • shreaded chicken • 1 can cream if chicken • half can of water • puff pastry • convection oven 400° 20 mins • ganish with fresh thyme
