That’s not fake food that’s a better choice. 🌱 Chicken replacement / oyster mushrooms 🧅 Onion 🧄 Garlic 🎃 squash 🌱 lime 🌱 coriander / parsley 🌶️ Aji Amarillo 🌶️ Aji panca 🌱 chica de jora or a substitute beer or kombucha (non alcohol) 🌱 veg stock cube 🌱 Seasoning: cumin, all purpose, onion powder, salt 🌱 oregano Method: 1. In a bowl seasoning your chick’n as directed with the seasoning and kombucha 2. In a pan with some oil brown the chicken 3. Then separately Sautee some onions and garlic 4. Add your Aji Amarillo and Aji panca then some water to thicken, then add your grated squash 5. Then add your chick’n and a stock cube, scotch bonnet as directed some of the left over residue from step one 6. Add oregano, salt then garnish with coriander 7. Add sliced bell pepper and simmer for ten minutes 8. Then serve with rice and cassava
